Chicken and Dumplings
1. Put all items into the Instant Pot except the Biscuits
2. Cook on High Pressure for 15 minutes and the do a quick release or Cook for 6-8 hours on Low in Crockpot
3. Set instant pot to SAUTE and stir in whipping cream.
4. Once simmering add biscuits and cook until dumplings are done and liquid is thickened. For crockpot add biscuits and cook for 1/2 hour or until done.
