Cheesy and delicious
In a large skillet, combine cooked chicken, onion and taco seasoning. Add water according to seasoning packet and simmer according to directions. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In large bowl, combine cream of chicken soup, sour cream and green chilies. In a 13x9 pan, spoon 1/3 of this mixture into the bottom of pan and set rest of mixture aside.
Assemble burritos by spooning chicken mixture, dollop of sour cream and mozzarella cheese evenly among tortillas. Roll tortillas and place into pan. Pour remaining cheese sauce mixture over burritos. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese and bake for 20 minutes or until bubbling.
Once cooked, starve and top with lettuce and tomato.
