Chunk chicken and cook in skillet with olive oil, salt and pepper. When cooked through, remove to a plate and cover to keep warm.
In same skillet, heat oil over medium to medium-high heat. Add green beans and pepper, cook for 5 minutes. Add zucchini and garlic. Cook for 4 more minutes. Add chicken back to pan. Add pesto and cream. Stir in tomatoes and salt. Remove from heat. Stir in pasta and let sit for a minute to absorb flavors.
