Toss chicken, mustard and garlic.
In medium skillet, heat oil over medium-high heat.
Add chicken; cook 4-6 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink, stirring frequently.
Drain; remove to medium serving bowl. Refrigerate 10 minutes or until chicken is cool.
Core and chop apple; sprinkle with lemon juice.
Put lettuce in large bowl, add chicken, apple, 3 Cheese Blend and Caesar Supreme Dressing.
Toss lightly and top with croutons.
Serves 2 entree-size portions.
