A make ahead casserole that is a family favorite.
Bone and chop the cooked chicken into small chunks. If you use a pressure cooker, this is a great way to cook the chicken quickly.
Mix together the chicken soup, mushroom soup, sour cream, milk, onion and the chopped green chilies. Add the chicken and mix together. Salt and pepper as you prefer.
Line bottom of greased oblong casserole with quartered tortillas. Add some chicken mixture and top with cheese. Make two or three layers as above: tortillas, chicken mixture and cheese. Bake one hour covered and 15 minutes uncovered at 350 degrees. Great make the day before dish.
