Suggest a better descriptionSauté diced onions and celery in olive oil and butter over medium hi heat until soft and translucent. Deglaze with stock and then add undiluted canned soup; set aside. Cut chicken breasts and pound each one between wax paper until thin. Place one piece of ham and one slice of cheese on the rough side of each cutlet. Top with 2 leaves sage if desired. Roll up and place. It lets seam side down in a casserole dish . Cover with soup mixture and bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with egg noodles.
