Fry onion, garlic, ginger, chilli in oil on a medium heat.
Add chicken and chilli powder (+ any other spices) and fry for 10 mins.
Add half the coriander and the passata (or tom. puree topped up with boiled water) and simmer for 10 mins so that the sauce has thickened.
Add the rest of the coriander.
Serve with naan bread and rice.
