Cook broccoli spears as directed on the box. *I normally use fresh broccoli crowns. Wash and chop about 1/2 off the bottom of the crown. But into spears and in a bowl of water, micro about a minutes.
Mix remaining ingredients together.
Spray 9x13 pan or line with foil. Layer broccoli spears, place chicken randomly across the pan, and pour soup mixture over the top. Sprinkle with cheese (optional - ok without cheese too).
Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes.
