It's Chicken..Divan
preheat oven to 350 degrees F
cut chicken breasts up into small cubes, fry in oiled pan on medium heat til slightly golden brown
in a big bowl, combine soup, mayo, milk, and curry powder.. mix with a spoon til creamy
Use big glass pan to cook/combine everything in, dump in frozen broccoli (don't cook it) to line the bottom of the pan (spraying with cooking spray not necessary)
next layer is the chicken, spread the cubes around evenly
then dump the soup mixture all over everything.
Next, cover with shredded cheese
then top with crushed butter crackers.
Put aluminum foil over the glass pan and cook in oven for about 40-45 mins.
