chicken and broccoli with a Sauce
Cook broccoli until tender, drain, and arrange on a flat flameproof dish.
Melt butter, stir in flour to make a roux.
Add milk and cook, stirring until the sauce thickens and is smooth.
Add bouillon cube and stir to dissolve.
Pour half of the sauce over the broccoli
Top with the chicken and cover with the remaining sauce.
Sprinkle with the parmesan cheese.
Place under broiler until the cheese is melted and sauce is bubbling hot.
