Suggest a better description-preheat to 350, spray 9x13 glass pan with PAM
-Saute onion until lightly brown. remove and set aside in large mixing bowl. Add cream cheese, water and cumin and stir until blended. Add chopped chicken to cheese mix and stir.
-in seperate bowl, mix together soup, sour cream, milk and japs until smooth and creamy.
-fill each tortilla (warm in advance if needed) with the chikcen/cream cheese mix and roll up, placing in glass pan. Pour sour cream sauce over enchiladas and sprinkle cheese on top
-cover with foil and bake 40 minutes
