Chicken Noodle Soup
Combine all ingredients except the egg noodles in a slow cooker.
Cook on low for 6-8 hours.
Remove chicken and add the egg noodles and cook for 10-15 minutes until the noodles are tender.
Shred the chicken and return tot he slow cooker.
Mix well and enjoy!
