Suggest a better description1. Cook noodles according to package until tender but firm (al dente). Drain and set aside.
2. Heat large heavy-bottomed sauce pot to medium-high heat. Lightly coat with oil.
3. Add chicken and cook until browned - about 5 minutes per side. Remove chicken
4. Add chicken broth, celery, and carrots to the pot and heat to a boil.
5. Tear chicken into chunks.
6. Stir in chicken, noodles, lemon juice, garlic and oregano leaves. Reduce heat to low.
7. Simmer, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes. Stir in parsley and pepper if using.
8. Serve.
