Add oil to stock pot, heat until oil is shinny. Add 1 cup broth, and all veggies, cover for 15 minutes over medium heat. Add all the rest of the ingredients and the juice of a half of lemon. Bring to boil then reduce to simmer. Add noodles 15 minutes before serving.
