Suggest a better description1. Cut chicken into bite size pieces
2. Sprinkle paprika and ginger & seasoned salt over chicken and fry in butter/oil
3. Add chutney to chicken broth and thicken with cornstarch.
4. Add chutney broth to chicken and heat.
5. Serve over rice and dress with almond slices
Notes:
1. When adding cornstarch, if ingredients are hot then dissolve cornstarch in cold water. If ingredients are cold then add cornstarch directly.
2. Not sure what seasoned salt means
3. Taken from hand-written recipe and some ingredients and directions are vague.
4. Delicious combo no matter how you make it!
