chicken parm
Mix crumbs, cheese, parsely, garlic (or chives) and pepper.
Dip the chicken into the melted butter then mix into crumb mixture and cook well.
Arrange skin side up in a single layer in swallowing baking pan.
Pour remaining butter and crumbs.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until chicken is tender.
(Can use boned chicken breasts).
