1. Boil noodles.
2. While noodles are boiling, fry chicken breasts until done.
3. Cool chicken and cube.
4. Chop onion and tomatoes, set aside.
5. Pull cilantro leaves and chop, set aside.
6. Once noodles are done, drain and run under water to stop the cooking process.
7. Add all ingredients into a large bowl and combine, add garlic salt to taste.
Make a day ahead of time, it's better the second day!
More mayo can be used if needed, pasta soaks up mayo overnight.
