Boil together the first 14 ingredients. remove bay leaves, cube chicken and add the next 5 ingredients. Cook til thick. Place in pie shell and bake 425° for 30 min. (Pie filling will fill about 3 pies)
PIE CRUST (2 crusts)

2 cups flour
1 c shortening
1 tsp salt
1/2 c water
Cut shortening into flour and salt. Mash in water. Divide in half and roll each out. Place on crust in pie plate, fill with chiken mixture and place other crust on top. Seal edges. Poke holes in top crust. Bake.
