Sautee potatoes and onion, garlic, mix vegetables, peas, chicken bulion in butter until tender
Add cream cheese, 1/2 and 1/2, ranch pckg. Bring to simmer.
Add chicken broth.
Cook in pie crust (one on top & bottom) @ 350 degrees for 35 min.
