Chicken and Ranch Stew in Slow cooker
Place all but the Chicken in slow cooker and mix well. Lay Chicken breasts on top of mixture and press down slightly until just covered by the mixture. Set slow cooker for low heat and cook for 5 hrs. Remove chicken breasts from the stew and allow to cool long enough to be handled. Shred chicken and stir it back into the soup. Continue cooking for 2 hours. Serve topped with shredded cheddar chess, sour cream and crushed tortilla chips or Fritos.
