A basic creamy chicken salad. Can be served alone, over lettuce, or on a croissant.
Bake chicken with garlic herb seasoning on it (about 35 minutes)
Let it rest for about 10 minutes, then chop into cubes.
Dice onion and chop celery
Make the sauce with mayonnaise, a dash of yellow mustard, some white vinegar and a couple tablespoons of sugar (or alternative).
*Maybe 2 cups of mayo and 4 tablespoons of vinegar with 4-5 chicken breasts.
Just taste sauce and once it gets to the texture you like (make sure it is not too sweet), add more salt and pepper to taste. I also added some Tony Chachere's seasoning. Add to the chicken, onion, and celery. Mix well.
