Place chicken, celery, onion, cranberries, nuts and jalapeno pepper in large bowl. Mix the ingredients well. Add the sour cream and toss to mix. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Serve on a bed of spinach or lettuce, stuffed into a scooped out tomato or in a sandwich.
