Suggest a better descriptionHeat oil in wok on high temp. Add chicken, stir fry around for 3 mins and then add the onion.
When the onion has turned golden, add a splash of soy sauce, along with the mushrooms and spring onions.
Stir fry for around 4 more ins, till veggies have softened, then add the sprouts and another splash of soy sauce.
Cook for around 2 mins before adding egg noodles (followed by another 2 mins of frying).
Garnish as necessary whilst serving.
