Suggest a better descriptionBriefly saute garlic in olive oil about 2 minutes
Reduce heat, then add chicken, skin side down to brown it. Turn chicken to brown.
Add wine, broth, olives, capers, lemon juice and seasonings.
Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to simmer until chicken is cooked about 20 minutes
Remove chicken and keep warm .
Bring sauce to rolling boil to reduce and thicken.
Pour over chicken.
Serve
or.. can be refridgerated, then reheated the next day in 350 oven, pan covered with foil.
