- Heat pan and then add oil
- Add diced onions and diced jalapenos

- Simmer until chickpeas soften
Grated Cauliflower
- Grate cauliflower with cheese grater
- Fry in pan with a little oil and some spices until start to darken
Finalize
- Fry tofu if desided on side
- Top rice with curry and cauliflower shavings
- Add scallions
