Homemade made Chile using ideas from many others recipes
Brown together both meats and one chopped onion til well brown. Drain off the grease and put into crockpot on high.
Add tomato sauce and cut tomatoes. Stir well. Save the cans **
Add all your spices and Worcester, stir well.
Add the cans of beans, stir well after each can until you have the desired mixture.
As the Chile gets hot you may want to add water for a soupier mix. If so use the saved cans to get the last drops **
Crockpot on high or medium high at least 3 hours.
Serve piping hot with cheese and onion on top. Enjoy
Add or subtract spices your family likes. Little more here, little less there. Add a hot sauce is also good? Some folks drain and or rinse the beans.
Sour cream is a nice touch also.
