In a separate pan, heat oil and brown ground beef.
Add onions, tomato sauce, sugar, chili powder and saute well.
Pour mix in the pressure cooker and mix.
Heat for another 15 minutes or more till beans are cooked.

Chopped onions
Parmesan Cheese
