Suggest a better description1. Boil red beans until soft. Set aside.
2. Saute onions in oil until soft. Add garlic and saute for an additional 1 minute
3. Add beef, Chili con Carne Seasoning Mix and Bell Peppers to onion and cook until beef is completely browned and cooked.
4. Add the softened beans, beef cube, water and tomato sauce to the pot (adjust the amount of water depending on how thick you want the chili to be)
5. Simmer for an additional 15 minutes
6. Season with salt
