Cut meat into 1" squares
Combine Cumin, 1 tsp oregano, salt, garlic powder, paprika & 1 clove of garlic (Set Aside)
Add vegetable oil in Large Pan and turn on heat
Add onion & 1 clove of garlic. Cook onions until clear (or soft).
Make sure pan is very hot and add the meat, 1 clove of garlic, 1 tablesppon oregano, basil
Brown meat on all sides.
Add the remaining dry ingredients (Mixture from earlier), Chili powder, and flour. Makes sort of a rhue
Add Beef Broth. Bring it to a boil. Reduce to a simmer for 6 to 8 hours and only partially covered. Stir every hour at least.
