1 lb ground pork
1 lb ground veal
2 lg cans, stewed tomatoes
1 small onion
1 large can kidney beans
1 medium can of red beans
1 medium can pinto beans
2 large closed of garlic
olive oil
basil, chile powder, red pepper
cheddar cheese
Saute onions and garlic until brown (medium heat)
Add meat and brown.
Add tomatoes, beans, 2 beers (? beers?)
Spice w/ chile powder to tast and add basil. Cover and simmer at least 4 hours (low heat)
