Quick, easy recipe
Brown ground chuck & onions / drain excess grease if needed
Add Tomato sauce, Rotel and seasonings.
Reduce heat to simmer for 1 hour but check frequently & add broth 1/2 cup at a time as needed
Combine 1/2 c masa with 1 cup broth - when throughly mixed add to chili & stir, increase heat & stir frequently.
Add beans, adjust seasoning and if needed add more masa to thicken or more broth (or water) to desired thickness)
Serve with cheese, onions, Fritos, jalapeƱos, etc
