fry chopped onion with a little olive oil
add ground turkey and enough water to dissolve it then cook til no longer pink stir frequently to keep it broken into particles
add 1 tbsp chili powder
add garlic powder
add tomatoe soup and chopped tomatoes
wait till almost serving for next step
add can of beans dont drain stir gently
simmer 30 min
make toast
