Mexican chili with turkey or ground beef
Combine the meat, onions and garlic in a skillet. Saute until browned. Drain.
Mix all ingredients in a soup kettle. Add water or more canned tomatoes. Season to taste with cumin, chili powder, salt & pepper.
Cook over low to medium heat until thoroughly warmed. Serve with cornbread.
