Suggest a better descriptionStir ground beef until broken into small pieces. Cook until brown. Drain. Add tomatoes with liquid, chili powder, garlic powder, and red pepper sauce. Stir until mixed. Heat to boiling, stirring occassionally. Turn heat down to low. Cook for 30 minutes, stirring occassionally. Add beans and liquid. Mix well. Cook 20 minutes. Remove from heat. Top each serving with cheese.
