This yummy chilli bean soup is delicision.
Sautee 1 small Onion, 1 tsp minced garlic, and two cans of diced tomatoes
Add in 32 oz V8 Juice to crockpot with the above sateed items.
In a bowl mix:
1/4 cup chili powder
1/8 cup sugar
1/2 tbs salt
1 tablespoon Cumin
Mix into Crockpot with the v8 juice.
Add 1 Lg Can Chili Beans
Add 1 small Can Red Kidney Beans
Add 1 small Can Black Beans
Let this simmer in crockpot until thickness desired, half hour before serving dump in 1 can of corn.
Serve with Chips, Cheese and Sour Cream.
