Suggest a better descriptioncombine lemon juice, oil salt paprika & pepper in a mixing bowl, mix well. Cut chicken into 1" (one inch) pieces. Marinate in lemon mixture one hour. Remove chicken from marinade and dredge in flour. Heat oil, fry one minute on each side or until golden brown. Serve with honey, chinese sweet & sour sauce or barbecue sauce.
