Suggest a better descriptionBring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
In a large bowl, combine turkey or pork, cabbage, scallion, ginger, garlic, soy, sesame oil, and egg. Mix thoroughly.
In a smaller bowl whisk together egg and water and set aside. Place filling in center of wonton wrapper. Brush edges with egg wash, cover with another wrapper and seal with ravioli cutter.
Place raviolis in boiling water and cook for 5 minutes.
Serve with soy sauce or hoisin sauce for dipping
