Suggest a better description1. Cook noodles in boiling water until tender. Drain, toss with the 10 ml sesame oil and 15 ml of sunflower oil. Spread noodles out on a baking sheet. Leave to dry in warm place for 1 hour.à
2. Heat 1/4 remaining noodle oil in wok - add 1/4 of the noodles, flatten and shape into a cake. Cook for 5 min on each side until crisp and golden. Drain. Repeat with remaining noodles.
3. Stir sauce ingredients together. Set aside.
4. Heat wok, and stir-fry chilies, garlic and ginger for 1 min add snap peas. stir-fry 1-2 min.
5. Add scallops and green onions - stir-fry 1 min.
6. Add sauce mixture and cook 1 min.
7. Serve on noodle cake.
