Pre heat oven to 325 degrees
Beat egg whites until frothy
Add Cream of tartar and salt, beat until stiff, but not dry
Gradually beat in Sugar
Sift Flour and Cocoa together 3 times
Fold flour mix into egg whites
Turn ino ungreased 10" angel food cake pan
Bake in 325 degree oven for 1 hour
Serves 12 40 14 servings
