Mash Bananas. Stir in sugar, egg, & vanilla. Mix in dry ingredients. Fold in yogurt last (add more yogurt if dough is stiff). Line muffin tin with paper liners, generously sprayed with Pam spray so muffins don't stick. Makes 12 muffins. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. 81 calories, .6 gm fat, 21.5 gm total carbs, 169 mg sodium. Optional - I like to add 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips = 127 calories.
