Delicious dessert from weight watchers.
1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Whisk together granulated sugar, brown sugar, and cocoa in medium bowl. Set aside. 3. With electric mixer on medium speed, beat egg whites, cream of tartar, and salt in large bowl until soft peaks form. Add sugar mixture 2 tablespoons at a time, beating until stiff, glossy peaks form.
4. Spoon onto prepared baking sheet and spread meringue into 8-inch circle to make “nest” with 1-inch-high edge. Bake 1½ hours. Turn oven off, and let cool in oven 2 hours. Remove from oven and cool completely on wire rack
4. With electric mixer on medium speed, cream cheese, milk, powdered sugar, and vanilla in medium bowl until smooth. Spoon into center of meringue and spread evenly. 5. Top with berries. Sprinkle mini chocolate chips over berries. 6. Cut into 12 wedges and serve immediately.
Serving size is one wedge.
