Favorite Chocolate Cake
Source: Mary Norris (Fallbrook PCA)
Sift together in a large bowl flour, cocoa, salt and baking soda.
Add sugar.
Combine in small bowl water, oil, vinegar and vanilla.
Combine liquid mixture with dry ingredients; mix just until lumps are gone.
Spray 13" x 9" pan or 2 9" round pans with Pam cooking spray.
Bake at 350 degrees 35-45 minutes. Cake should "spring back" with light touch in center when done.
Cool and dust with powdered sugar.
