Grease two 9 inch cake pans
Mix dry ingredients in large mixing bowl, incorporate eggs, milk, oil and vanilla.
Slowly mix in boiling water until combined. Batter will be fairly thin.
Pour into the prepared cake pans and bake for 35 minutes. Cool on cooling racks before icing.
