Suggest a better description1. In a food processor, blend the chia seeds and buckwheat groats to a fine flour consistency.
2. Add the remaining ingredients and process until well incorporated.
3. Scoop out round mounds onto a teflex sheet and make a well in the center of each cookie.
4. Place in the dehydrator at 110 degrees until cookies are dried on the outside and hold their shape.
5. Spoon the chia jam into each cookie.
Rosy Raspberry Cherry Jam
1. Blend everything but the chia seeds together until smooth.
2. Then stir in the chia seeds and allow to thicken.
Chocolate Sauce
1. Stir together vigorously until well incorporated. Spread into one side of the cookie and place in the freezer for 5 minutes to set. Then try not to eat half the batch- I dare you...I double dare you! hehehe.
