Aunt Peggys Cake

1. Preheat oven to 350.
2. Mix all the ingredients except for the chocolate chips for around 4 minutes until well blended
3. Chop the chocolate chips in a Cuisinart or blender.
4. Stir chips into the cake batter.
5. Grease a bundt pan (I have also had success with a spring form pan)
6. Pour batter into pan.
7. Bake for 50-60 minutes.
I like to dust with powdered sugar but some people prefer a glaze on this.
