Try this Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Protein recipe, or contribute your own.
Suggest a better description*prune/fig puree – I used 1/2 prunes, 1/2 figs. Put dried fruit in saucepan, cover with water and bring to boil. Remove from heat, keep covered and let stand 30 minutes. Drain water and use food processor or blender to puree.
Mix together all wet ingredients (cashew butter, almond milk, prune/fig puree) in medium bowl.
Add dry ingredients (APOLLO® Vanilla Protein Powder, oats and chocolate chips) and mix again.
Form dough into large ball. Consistency should be similar to cookie dough.
Line 8” x 8” pan with parchment paper. Using hands (or spoon sprayed with cooking spray) spread evenly into pan.
Freeze 45 minutes
Slice into bars or squares. Store in airtight container or zip-lock bag in refrigerator or freezer.
