Quick dessert
In a separate small bowl, add all the ingredients through vanilla. Mix thoroughly, until it is smooth. (Sifting the coconut flour helps it mix better.)
Add the coconut oil into the mug you will use. If it is solid, microwave for about 15 seconds to melt. Once melted, swirl the coconut oil around the mug to coat the inside of the mug.
Once your mug is coated, pour the remaining coconut oil in the cake batter. Mix well. Stir in the chocolate and nuts.
Microwave for around a 1½ minutes. {Go for a minute first and the check it and give it another 15-30 seconds,)
