Divide mixture into them. Bake at 325?for 30-40 min. Check this-Mom didn't leave me baking instructions. Cool in pans for 10 min, then to rack.
Combine cream cheese, butter, vanilla, cocoa and salt for icing. Ice when cakes cool.
