Chocolate cake made with Jaggery
Take the flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda in a bowl, sift twice and keep aside.
Take the eggs, vegetable oil,vanilla extract, yogurt and powdered jaggery in a bowl, whisk until the mixture turns smooth.
Now slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients. Mix with a spatula, dont overmix.
Mix the chocolate chip cookies softly
Bake in a preheated oven for 30 minutes.
