There are a lot of similar recipes but this is the healthiest and the one most requested. It uses yogurt instead of sour cream. A big hit at bake sales.
Preheat oven to 350. Combine everything except chocolate chips. Add chocolate chips and hand mix thoroughly. Spoon into greased bundt pan. Bake for 45 min. Do Not Over-bake. Cool in pan for 10 min. Remove from pan. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar once completely cooled.
Don't bother testing the cake for doneness with a toothpick. It will be undercooked but once out of the oven it will continue to cook a little more. Overlooking will make it chewy.
cupcakes bake for 16 min. Remove from pan right away.
Mini bundt cakes: 300 degrees or 20 min. Cool in pan. One batch makes 9 mini cakes.
